Who are we waiting for in the team:

• The most important thing is the presence of experience (3+ years), which characterizes you as a cool architect and (or) designer with a rich portfolio of implemented projects
• Knows regulatory documentation, owns ArchiCAD, or (and – preferably) Revit at a professional level.
• Having successful management experience (team management) from 1 year.
• Possesses strong skills in negotiations, a high level of responsibility, and unconventional thinking.

What will you do:

• Conduct negotiations with customers.
• Together with the team, create a Moodboard, project idea, planning, as well as 3D or drawings.
• Monitor and comply with fin. and time of project indicators, monitor the work of related specialists.
• Perform author supervision according to the schedule.

• Proficient in: Revit – preferably, ArchiCAD, Photoshop.

• Proficient in 3ds Max + Corona Render, Photoshop.
• Familiarity with building materials and interior styles; competent in technologies and modern trends in design.
